Terms of Service
Last updated July 24, 2026
These terms cover your use of Canopy, a product of Dalton Creative LLC. By using Canopy, you agree to them.
The service
Canopy helps senior living communities keep their public presence current: reviews, events, flyers, social posts, a community website layer, and reporting. Canopy drafts and designs content from the information you provide; you review and approve everything before it goes out. Canopy does not post to third-party platforms on your behalf except where you explicitly authorize it (for example, replying to a Google review you approve).
Your account
You are responsible for the accounts under your organization, for keeping credentials secure, and for the content and data you put into Canopy. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
Acceptable use
Use Canopy lawfully and honestly. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, do not misrepresent a community or its reviews, and do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or another organization’s data.
Your content
You keep ownership of the data and content you put into Canopy. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, and display it so we can provide the service to you, including generating the flyers, posts, and reports you request.
Connected services
When you connect a third-party service (such as Google), your use of that service remains subject to that provider’s own terms. Our handling of data from connected services is described in our Privacy Policy.
AI-generated content
Canopy uses AI to draft copy and images. AI output can contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving anything before you use or publish it. Canopy surfaces a review step for exactly this reason.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Canopy available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features over time. If we make a material change to these terms, we will update the date above.
Disclaimers and liability
Canopy is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Dalton Creative LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to Canopy will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
Termination
You can stop using Canopy and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated. On closure, we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
